By using Istanbul City as a central hub of business & marketing communication and a hiring center, we are planning to help startups in Stacks Ecosystem to expand into brand new markets in Eurasia, hire competitive workers, and boost their productivity by using remote workforce. 

It will also work as an incubation center for Eurasian startups to move their projects into Stacks Network and boost their business by using its grant and venture programs.
